Environmental

97% of all meetings are held online. The majority of our staff work remotely. We minimise travel, operate paperless and rely on digital systems. Our processes are designed to reduce emissions and increase energy efficiency, in line with EU environmental standards

Social

We promote an inclusive company culture focused on learning, respect and collaboration. All employees are treated equally, regardless of background, age or origin. Internal reporting mechanisms are in place for confidential concerns. Customer-facing staff are trained to deliver high service quality with a clear and respectful communication style

Governance

Our processes comply with all relevant laws and regulations (including GDPR, labour law, compliance). Data protection and security are embedded in our systems. ESG initiatives are overseen by our management team and audited externally if required. Ethical standards apply to all employees, partners and suppliers
